South Africa will take on Pakistan in the second match of the ODI Series at the Kingsmeadow Cricket Ground on Tuesday, 22 January 2019.
The Proteas lost by five wickets against Pakistan in the first ODI match which was played in Port Elizabeth over the weekend.
South African duo Duanne Olivier and Rassie van der Dussen both made their ODI debuts.
While Hashim Amla (108 not out) hit his 27th one-day international century as Proteas made 266 for the loss of two wickets.
Amla, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest modern-day batsmen, will be looking to inspire his side to victory in the second ODI match.
Meanwhile, Parkistan took a 1-0 lead in the five-match ODI series with Mohammad Hafeez playing an important role in helping the visitors win.
The 38-year-old all-rounder remained unbeaten on 71 while Imam-ul-Haq scored 86 for the Falcons.
Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed stated that the credit should go to the bowlers first with Shadab Khan impressing.
Ahmed will be keen to lead his troops to victory in the second ODI match in Johannesburg.
