South Africa and England will meet in the Fourth Test match in Johannesburg between 24 and 28 January.
England beat South Africa in the Third Test match by an innings to move 2-1 ahead in the series at St. George's Park in Port Elizabeth.
The Poms had won the toss and elected to bat as they marked their 500th Test match to be played overseas.

South Africa's Dane Peterson, who is a right-arm fast-medium, made his Test debut as the Proteas recorded their second defeat in the series.
England star Ben Stokes, who holds the record for the most runs scored by an individual batsman in the morning session of a Test match, scored his 4,000th run in Tests.
Meanwhile, South Africa will be without Kagiso Rabada in the Third Test match as he will be serving a one-match suspension.
The fast bowler has been banned for his celebration to Joe Root’s dismissal on day one of the Third Test Match.
Protest captain Faf du Plessis has admitted that it will difficult for his team without the influential bowler.
‘It’s a big frustration and disappointment. He’s our best bowler and it’s not the first time we’ve lost him in a crucial match," du Plessis said.
"He will be a huge loss but we’ve got to accept it and regroup."
