Wales will square off with South Africa in a 2021 Castle Lager Outgoing Tour match at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday.
The Dragons were beaten 54-16 by New Zealand at home in their previous match which was an international
rugby game on October 30.
The defeat ended Wales' two-match unbeaten run across all competitions having defeated Canada 68-12 and drawn 20-20 with Argentina.

The Dragons have won just one of their last five home matches with the victory coming against Canada at the Principality Stadium in July 2021.
Meanwhile, South Africa beat New Zealand 31-29 in their previous match which was the 2021 Rugby Championship match on October 2 in Gold Coast, Australia.
The victory ended the Springboks' three-match winless run across all competitions having three successive defeats against New Zealand and Australia (twice).
The win over New Zealand also ended South Africa's three-match winless run on the road having registered three consecutive defeats as the away side.

“Wales are a tough side to beat and our track record over here in the last few years is evidence of that. We also edged them in the Rugby World Cup semi-final, so we know that this is going to be a hard grind of a Test," South Africa head coach Jacques Nienaber said.
“They may have lost against the All Blacks last week (54-16) but this result was in the absence of a number of key players, so this week will be a completely different proposition.
“They have a formidable pack of forwards and some equally experienced and high-calibre backline players, several of whom played for the British & Irish Lions, and to add to this they will play in cool and possibly wet conditions that they are well suited to, so we know what we are in for," he added.
“That said, we had a good training camp in France last week and some of the overseas-based players were in action for their clubs, so the player are back in the swing of things focused and excited to get back on the field.”
The last time Wales and South Africa met was on 27 October 2019.
The Springboks beat the Dragons 19-16 in the 2019 Rugby World Game game which was played in Japan.
