Jaguares registered their ninth win in the Super Rugby when they defeated Australian side Reds 34-23 away last weekend.
Sharks recorded their seventh defeat in this year's competition when they suffered a 30-17 defeat to New Zealand outfit Hurricanes away last weekend.
