ODI Series
2nd ODI
Lord’s
London, England
Saturday, 14 July 2018
Kick-off: 12h00 CAT
Umpire: Bruce Oxenford (Australia)

England will be seeking revenge against India in the second
ODI match which is scheduled to take place at Lord’s in London on Saturday.

The Poms lost to India by eight wickets and the Men In Blue took the series lead following a good display at the Trent Bridge in Nottingham on Thursday.

England’s best player was Jos Buttler, who impressively hammered a 51-ball 53 against a fired-up bowling unit and ultimately, the batsman was removed by Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav.

Buttler and Poms captain Eoin Morgan will be key to England’s hopes of securing a victory over Men In Blue over Saturday.

Meanwhile, India will be pleased with their performance in the first ODI thanks to some great performance by batsman Rohit Sharma and in-form bowler Yadav.

Yadav took his first five-wicket haul in ODIs, before a commendable 137 not out from Sharma as the Men In Blue humbled the Poms.

India captain Virat Kohli and his troops will be hoping for the same performance in the second ODI and win the series.
