Jonny Bairstow inspired England to a five-wicket win in the opening T20I match at the Newlands Cricket Ground on November 27.
Bairstow blasted an unbeaten career-best 86 off 48 balls, which included nine fours and four sixes as England comfortably chased down 180 to claim a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.
England then won the series after claiming a four-wicket win over the Proteas at the Boland Park on November 29.
Dawid Malan’s half-century on a slow Boland Park pitch proved to be the major difference and the batsman was named Man of the Match.
The Poms continued their dominance over South Africa by securing a nine-wicket win in the third and final T20I match at the Newlands Cricket Ground on December 1.
Malan’s unbeaten 99 in a record partnership helped England complete a 3-0 series sweep over the Proteas.

South Africa will look to their inspirational captain Quinton de Kock during the ODI Series and the 27-year-old is regarded as one of the best wicket-keeper batsmen in the world.
However, the Proteas will be without influential bowler Kagiso Rabada, who has been ruled out of the ODI series against England after sustaining a groin injury.
South Africa coach Mark Boucher has explained why his side has been struggling lately as they prepare for their three-match ODI series against the Poms.
“There’s a bit of rustiness and we didn’t have the most ideal preparation. We did as well as we could with regards to our training," Boucher said.
"I’m not looking for excuses though. We have to man up and face the fact that we lost 3-0. We’ve got a determined group of guys who want to learn quickly and compete with the world’s best.”
