Manchester United will battle with Manchester City in a Carabao Cup semi-final first-leg match at the Old Trafford Stadium on January 7.
The Red Devils progressed to the last four after thrashing Colchester United 3-0 at home in a quarter-final clash last month.
They have also knocked out Rochdale and Chelsea from the tournament which is also called the English League Cup this season.
United are undefeated in their two home matches in the Carabao Cup having defeated Colchester and Rochdale.

Meanwhile, City advanced to the semi-finals after thrashing Oxford United 3-1 away in the quarter-final match last month.
The Citizens have also eliminated Preston North End and Southampton from the cup competition this season.
They are undefeated in their 10 away matches in the Carabao Cup having recorded 10 victories.
Raheem Sterling, the City attacker, is keen to help the Citizens reach the final.
“Every competition we’re trying to compete in. It's not just the Premier League, which I know that looks out of reach," Sterling said.
"But we’re looking to get to finals in this, the FA Cup and even the Champions League."
The second-leg encounter is set to be played at the Etihad Stadium on the 29th of January 2020.
The last meeting between United and City in the Carabao Cup was on the 26th of October 2016.
United secured a 1-0 victory over City in a match which was played at the Old Trafford Stadium.
