The Third Round of the
2019/20 FA Cup will be closed out by the meeting of Arsenal and Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium in London on Monday 6 January 2020, kick-off at 21:56.
Arsenal come into the clash on a major high, having claimed a 2-0 home win over Manchester United in the Premier League on Wednesday night – their first victory under new manager Mikel Arteta.
"I am very pleased with the performance. I'm even more pleased with the result that we needed," said the Spaniard, who added: “The challenge is to maintain it.”
Leeds, meanwhile, secured an important midweek result in drawing 1-1 away to West Bromwich Albion. They remain top of the Championship as a result and look strong contenders to return to the top flight of English football.

The Whites’ manager Marcelo Bielsa says he is looking forward to the chance of testing his charges against a team of Arsenal’s calibre:
“They [Arsenal] are one of the best teams in England,” he explained, before adding, “And of course we compete with them, we are proud of this.”
In head-to-head terms, Arsenal and Leeds have met in 103 previous matches. The Gunners have claimed 40 wins compared to 38 for the Whites, while 25 games have been drawn.
The teams’ last meeting was in the 2011/12 FA Cup, with Arsenal winning 1-0 at home thanks to a late goal from club legend Thierry Henry. Leeds’ last win over Arsenal was in a Premier League clash in May 2003.
