Argentina will face off with South Africa in their second match of the 2018
Rugby Championship at the Estadio Malvinas Argentinas in Mendoza on Saturday.
The Pumas lost 34-21 to South Africa in their first match of this year’s tournament which was played in Durban last weekend.
The defeat left Argentina placed third on the Rugby Championship standings without a single point with one game played.
The loss also extended Argentina’s losing streak to four matches in all competitions. The last time the Pumas won a game was against Brazil in the Americas Rugby Championship in March 2018.
Meanwhile, South Africa returned to winning ways when they defeated Argentina as they had lost to England ahead of the tournament.
The victory over Argentina took the Springboks to second place on the Rugby Championship standings with five points from one game.
They will be eyeing their second successive win over the Pumas of Argentina.
