The 2019 Rugby World Cup held in Japan, was wrapped up in spectacular style after the Springboks beat England 32-12 at packed Yokohama Stadium in the finals of the showpiece.

This was South Africa’s third title and are now level with New Zealand for the most finals won. Needless to say, the Springboks have a 100% record in the finals meaning they’ve won every single final they’ve played. It was a certainly a team effort and all the players and staff involved deserve a hero status.

Records were set and records were broken. Let’s have a look at some impressive Rugby World Cup stats.
